Le Palmier vi propone una cucina creola di qualità, elaborata da un cuoco professionista: colombo di pollo, fricassea di polpo, aragosta, ma anche pasta, insalate e entrecôtes…

Ristorante bordo mare, ambiente accogliente e bar ambiance.
Gustate la nostra cucina in un quadro tipico e simpatico, in un'antica casa creola che si affaccia su una laguna dai colori magnifici. Giusto accanto, la scuola di vela e kite surf (ex UCPA).
I nostri piatti sono semplici e genuini, preparati con prodotti freschi e pesce fresco tutti i giorni: pesce fresco alla griglia, fricassea di polpo, fricassea di lambi, entrecotes, pollo al cocco, pollo al curry, colombo di pollo, frutta fresca, gelati e dessert della casa.

In una posizione unica da cui il suo nome, il ristorante bar Le Spot domina uno dei migliori spot di surf della Guadalupa rinomato a livello internazionale... lo spettacolo é assicurato soprattutto durante i week end!
Il ristorante si puo' raggiungere a piedi da Le Moule, con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungo mare, un ampio posteggio é a disposizione per chi arriva in auto. Nelle immediate vicinanze del ristorante c'é l'ufficio del turismo di Le Moule. Lo Spot vi propone un'ottima cucina francese, internazionale e creola, pasta, carne, pesce e insalatone a partire da 9 euro, un'ottima pizza e gelati. Piatti del giorno a partire da 13 euro, menu bambini con bibita a partire da 6 euro.
Aperto mezzogiorno e sera, chiuso il lunedi. Chiusura annuale da metà luglio a metà agosto.
